Zoom - Video Calling
Prosper staff are using an app called Zoom. It will allow Service Users to see and talk to staff and some of their friends on video.
The app looks like this:
You can get this app on line or download it on the Google Play Store which looks like this:
You will need an email address, then enter your name and set up a password. When you have this done if you would like staff to call you on this app, they will ask you for your email address/user name and will be able to contact you at a time that suits you.
